Elizabeth Perry Collections takes pride in the quality of her work, only using the finest materials and processes to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the pieces, all items are final sale.In the case of defect, please contact Elizabeth Perry Collections for further instructions on exchanges. Other exchanges will be determined by each circumstance, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged items.
Most ready-to-wear items are shipped within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. International items vary in delivery time, and cannot be guaranteed after clearing the receiving country's customs. If an item is back ordered you will be notified via e-mail, and given the option to wait until fulfillment or accept a full refund. Most made-to-order items are shipped within 1-5 weeks of cleared payment. International items have a 2-6 week delivery time, and cannot be guaranteed after clearing the receiving country's customs. Please contact us for any rush order requests.
Orders are packaged with the utmost care in secure, waterproof materials. In case of damage during transit, Elizabeth Perry Collections will provide a replacement piece at her cost when the original item is returned, including all original packaging.
